Cover Includes
- Workmanship
- Materials used
- Recovery of any deposit payments made to InFibreGlass of up to 25% of the contract value
- Any additional cost to the original contract that the replacement contractor may charge
- All the terms provided to you under the InFibreGlass guarantee should we cease to trade upon completion of your project
- Transfer of the policy to any new owner of your property, provided the contractor's
The InFibreGlass Customer Charter
We agree:
- To supply a written quotation when submiting a tender for contract
- To comply with all laws, statutory regulations and Building Regulations
- To maintain adequate employers and public liability insurance
- To respect the homeowners privacy and take all steps to ensure the security of their home and a safe working environment
- To ensure htat all work is started and completed on the agreed dates and that any unavoidable changes
are clearly communicated to the home owner
- To arrive at the agreed time for appointments with the homeowner and to give advance warning of any unavoidable delay
- To ensure that all work is completed to pre-defined specifications and budgets as defined in an agreed contract. All
changes must be agreed with the homeowner prior to proceeding
- To ensure that all works are completed to the highest possible standards and that all guaranteed elements of work
are agreed
- To leave all areas clean and tidy at the end of the day, and to remove all rubbish upon completion of the project
- To operate a customer coomplaints procedure that undertakes to respond to any complaints wihin a reasonable time
and in a professional, appropriate manner
- To ensure that all colleagues and sub-contractors meet these standards at all times

Exclusions & Limitations
- Materials and labour charges for which any person other than InFibreGlass would be liable
- Any damage or defect insurable under normal household insurance
- Any loss of use or consequential loss
- Damage or defects not directly caused by faulty workmanship or materials that could be recovered under the
InFibreGlass guarantee
- Loss or damage casued by sunlight, storm or wear and tear
- Defects arising from alterations, modifications, lack of maintenance or additions to the work after completion
- Rectification work carried out without the insurers consent
- Excess (as stated on the certificate of insurance)
